EASY-TO-STUFF MANICOTTI

Steps:

• Cook manicotti according to package directions.
• Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
• Stir in the spaghetti sauce.
• Spread half the meat sauce into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
• Drain manicotti; stuff each shell with a piece of string cheese.
• Place over meat sauce; top with remaining sauce.
• Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
• Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
• Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

HOT DOG BAKE

Steps:

• Heat a skillet, spray with oil, use medium heat and cook the onion with the brown sugar, stirring for about 5 minutes.
• Add hot dogs and cook until they are brown (5 min).
• Remove from heat.
• Mix the mashed potatoes and the hot dog mix.
• Stir in the sauerkraut & mustard, add pepper.
• Spoon into a 1 quart casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with the margarine/butter.
• Bake in 350°F oven until the casserole is heated through and golden, about 15-20 minutes.

TATER TOT HOT DOG BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 casserole pan; set aside.
• In a medium saucepan, combine the baked beans, chili, ketchup, onions, mustard and hot dog "coins." Stir well. Bring to a light boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
• Pour the saucepan mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
• Top evenly with the thawed tator tots. Lightly sprinklewith salt.
• Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes.
• Remove from oven and sprinkle with the 2 cups cheese. (At this point you can squirt swirly ketchup designs over the cheese, but that's optional).
• Return to hot oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted to liking.

SEASHELL HOT DOG BAKE

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare macaroni as directed on pkg. drain and set aside.
• 2. In large skillet add butter and cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms until lightly browned. Stir in hot dogs and brown them. Stir in spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.
• 3. Remove from heat stir in sour cream and half of the two cheeses. Add macaroni.
• 4. Place in baking pan and cover with foil. Bake about 25 minutes. Uncover add remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Garnish with basil
