SHRIMP STIR-FRY
Tender shrimp and crisp vegetables are stir-fried with a garlic and ginger flavored sauce made from Swanson® Chicken Stock, soy sauce and sesame oil, for a savory seafood and vegetable stir-fry.

Steps:
- Stir the cornstarch, stock, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they're cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet.
- Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet. Add the vegetables, ginger and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture in the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve over the rice.

SPICY SEAFOOD STIR FRY

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced ginger, chili garlic sauce, hot chili oil, and set aside
- In a pan on high heat, add peanut oil and begin add vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes, then add seafood; stir in stir fry sauce.
- Stir in Japanese pepper and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until seafood is opaque and mussels are opened. Serve and enjoy!

SHRIMP STIR FRY WITH RAMEN NOODLES
A simple spin on shrimp lo mein made with ramen, shrimp, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, fresh ginger, and a sweet and savory sauce.

- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add ramen and boil for about 3 minutes or until tender. Strain, reserving 1/2 cup of ramen water.
- Use the reserved ramen water for the sauce. Combine in a measuring cup or small bowl with all sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and season all over with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute per side or until bright orange/white. Remove shrimp and place on a plate.
- Add veggies and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Be sure to stir periodically to prevent burning. Return shrimp to the skillet and add the sauce. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened. Toss to mix. Stir in ramen and lightly toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
