Steps:
- 1. Chop the fresh herbs very finely.
- 2. Mix the orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, water, herbs and salt and pepper together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 3. Remove the lobster, shrimp, and crab from the shell.
- 4. Roughly chop the crab meat and lobster.
- 5. Dice the grapefruit, mango, avocado, pineapples, and tomato.
- 6. Add the dressing and toss until the ingredients are coated.
- 7. Plate and garnish with a few lettuce leaves and lime wedges.

- Break the imitation crab into bite-size chunks or chop with a knife; place in a large bowl.
