2 (450 g) cans tuna in water
2 cups almond meal
1 cup onion, diced
4 tablespoons dried parsley
4 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • Upend tuna into bowl and separate using a fork.
  • Mix almond meal in to the tuna and springwater and then mix in all other ingredients except for oil and lemon.
  • Form into 12 tuna patties and fry turning once during cooking.
