Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, olive oil, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, liquid smoke, and cayenne pepper.
- Place steaks in a shallow glass dish with the marinade, and turn to coat. For optimum flavor, rub the liquid into the meat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
- Preheat grill for medium-high to high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill steaks 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Discard leftover marinade.

- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, rosemary, parsley, thyme, garlic and chili in oil 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add chicken to skillet. Cook about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is brown. Add mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the wine and the vinegar. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until about half of the liquid has evaporated.
- Pour remaining 1/2 cup wine over chicken; sprinkle with currants and salt. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer to crisp chicken.

- Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, Kosher salt, black pepper, parsley, basil and oregano in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Combine with the chicken in a large mixing bowl or an airtight plastic bag. Massage into the chicken.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours, but up to 24 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding remaining marinade mixture.
- If grilling, heat to medium-high heat.
- Cook on indirect heat for 30 minutes, turning, occasionally, or until internal temperture of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
- Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Top each breast with a slice of cheese.
- Mix together the soup and milk and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter/margarine. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.

SAVORY CHAR MARINADE
This marinade is great on all kinds of meats, it use it mostly on chicken that you cook on the grill. My kids love when I grill wings ("buffalo" cuts) with this marinade.
