CREAM CHEESE STUFFED BURGERS
This is the ULTIMATE burger recipe! A two huge patties stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon. I bet your mouth is watering just thinking about it! Grill out this weekend and make these epic burgers.

Steps:
- Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon bits in a small bowl.
- Season your ground beef the way you like (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder) and mix well.
- Shape the beef into patties. I made 8 patties which will make 4 HUGE burgers. If you want to make more burgers that are smaller, make more patties.
- Take one patty and put a spoonful of the cheese filling into the middle. Take another patty and put it on top of the filling, sealing the patties together.
- Preheat your grill on medium high. Grill burgers for 5-10 minutes on each side or until the meat is done to your liking.

Lots of flavor, and a nice change from just a regular burger. You can make these ahead of time and freeze them also. Serve on buns with all of your favorite toppings.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, sour cream, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper using your hands. Refrigerate while you heat up the grill so the flavors have a chance to blend.
- Preheat a grill for medium heat. Form the ground beef into 8 balls, and flatten into patties.
- Grill the patties for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until well done.

SAVORY SOUR CREAM BURGERS
I adopted this recipe because I liked the basic idea. Then I added some ingredients and changed the cooking method. I think I have now developed a recipe that produces a savory, juicy burger for those times when only a big 'ol burger will do! Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Steps:
- 1. Stir together sour cream, green onion, cinnamon, garlic powder, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper, to taste. Add ground beef and mix well.
- 2. Shape into two 3/4-inch thick patties. Grill or broil patties to desired level of doneness.
- 3. Hamburger buns should be split, toasted and buttered. Serve patties on toasted buns with tomatoes, lettuce and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
SMOKED CHEESE DIP (SPREAD) WITH SOUR CREAM RECIPE + VIDEO
Steps:
- Set out a large food processor. Cut the cheddar and gouda cheese blocks into chunks, then place in the food processor. Lock the lid into place and pulse to break the cheese chunks into fine crumbs.
- Add in the sour cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Purée until the cheese dip is completely smooth. Taste, then add another tablespoon of sugar if desired.
- Scoop the smoked cheese dip into a bowl and serve with bread, crackers, or cut vegetables. Or refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Place a rack on the top section of the oven then preheat on broil setting. Then, wearing disposable gloves, chop off stem end of each pepper then slice in half. With a spoon, remove the seeds and white membrane of the peppers. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then spray with non-stick vegetable spray.
- Place peppers on the baking sheet with the cut side down. Spray jalapeno skins lightly with non-stick spray then place baking sheet under the broiler. Roast peppers for about 2–3 minutes until the skins start to blister. Turn peppers over to broil on opposite side. Remove from oven then wrap jalapeños tightly using the aluminum foil from baking sheet. Allow peppers to steam inside the foil for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cilantro, salt and chili flakes. Divide the seasoned ground beef into 6 equal portions then form into 6 patties. Fry the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until they reach the desired temperature. Once the patties are cooked to your liking, place the patties on a bun.

- Place a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, add oil and once its hot add ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to crumble and cook the beef until no longer pink. Transfer beef to a plate and drain grease from the saucepan.
