- Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place the stuffing in another bowl. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then coat with stuffing., Place chicken in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spritz chicken with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°, 15-20 minutes.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, and next 6 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 375'.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken skin side up, on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, or until done. Serve and enjoy!

- Heat oven to 375º. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Combine butter and garlic in a 9in pie pan. Dip 1 chicken breast at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breasts into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and salt in shallow bowl; set aside. Combine melted butter and garlic in a 9 inch pie pan. Dip 1 chicken breast at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breasts into ungreased 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Tip: Adding herbs to a recipe can change the way it tastes. For flavor variations, try mixing 1/2 tsp dried herbs, such as rosemary or sage, into the melted butter mixture. I like to add paprika to mine.

- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet or large rimmed pan with foil and place in the oven as it heats up (you want the pan to be hot when you add the chicken).
- Season chicken: Place chicken thighs in bowl with seasoning (work in batches if bowl doesn't hold all of the chicken) and toss to coat. Remove each thigh individually, rubbing the seasoning into the skin.
- Bake: Place chicken thighs on heated pan (careful, hot!); dot with butter. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Carefully remove and baste chicken with emerging juices from the pan.
