A Taste of Home recipe inspired this one! Because I love everything bagel seasoning, I decided to give this a try. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine potato sticks, crackers and pretzels. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients. Drizzle over pretzel mixture; toss to coat. , Spread in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until crisp and lightly browned, 12-15 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Place crackers in a gallon sized zipper bag.
- In a two-cup measuring cup, add oil, Ranch dressing mix, dill, garlic powder and celery salt.
- Pour the oil mixture into the bag with the crackers and close. Turn the bag to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for atleast 24 hours, turning the bag every so often.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

SAVORY GORGONZOLA CHEESECAKE BITES
When it comes to party-starting appetizers, you can't go wrong with savory cheesecake! To try: these creamy bites made with cream cheese and gorgonzola.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325ºF.
- Melt 3 Tbsp. butter; mix with cracker crumbs. Spoon into 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups, adding about 1 tsp. to each.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup Gorgonzola cheese and whipping cream in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
- Bake 15 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool cheesecakes in pans 10 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely. Refrigerate cheesecakes 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, cover baking sheet with foil. Cook sugar and remaining butter in small saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted. Add nuts; cook 5 to 7 min. or until nuts are lightly browned and evenly glazed, stirring constantly. Spread into single layer on prepared baking sheet; cool completely.
- Top cheesecakes with remaining gorgonzola cheese and candied nuts just before serving.

SAVORY CUCUMBER BITES
I used to be a Pampered Chef junkie. Still am, truth be told, I just cruise garage sales to get my fix. Well, this recipe comes from one of my earliest shows. Easy, tasty, makes a great addition to a party.

Steps:
- Combine first three ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread on crackers. Lay a slice, or more, to taste, of cucumber on top.
- ***Note -- If you have a cake decorator, you can maybe use one of the wider tips to pump the cheese mix decoratively on the cracker. Especially if the device will allow you to store leftovers within the body.
- ***Note -- the original recipe was presented on specially baked bread using a valtrompia tube. Using that idea, I have used the little specialty breads that you can find in the deli, too.
- ***Note: If making ahead of time, don't layer the crackers on the cucumbers -- the cucumbers will soften the crackers to uselessness.
SAVORY CRACKERS
You can quite literally put anything savory into this recipe. Try different herb combinations to suit your taste. Add more cayenne if you like spice. Store in airtight container.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix whole wheat and all-purpose flours, wheat germ, flax seed, poppy seeds, onion flakes, parsley flakes, basil, oregano, garlic salt, baking powder, paprika, and cayenne together in a large bowl.
- Combine water, olive oil, and sesame oil in another bowl; add to the dry ingredients and stir until dough is just moistened and easy to handle. Gather into a ball and divide into 4 equal sections.
- Roll 2 sections into thin sheets and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Prick with a fork or dough docker and cut into squares of desired size with a pizza cutter or pastry edger. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes; watch carefully so crackers do not burn. Remove from the oven and transfer to wire racks to cool.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 with remaining dough.

- Wrap each onion wedge in a bacon slice. Arrange 2 wedges on each skewer; place in a shallow glass or plastic dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; drizzle over skewers.
- Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- Remove skewers from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Grill or broil, covered over medium-high heat for 20 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender., occasionally turning and basting with reserved marinade.
