MY GO-TO 10-MINUTE SAUTéED SHRIMP
This 10-Minute Sautéed Shrimp is about as easy as it gets and flavor-packed! It's a simple and quick recipe for how to cook shrimp on the stove. Serve with rice or pasta, roasted veggies, on top of a salad, next to mashed potatoes, or on its own!

Steps:
- If frozen, defrost your shrimp (see note).
- Pat your shrimp dry and add shrimp to a medium-sized bowl. Add in turmeric, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat, and add in your shrimp so they are lined evenly on the skillet (avoid overcrowding).
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through. They cook quickly, so don't overcook!
- Squeeze lemon over the shrimp and toss to combine. Taste and adjust salt as desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon oil. Add the shrimp, red pepper flakes and salt; cook just until the shrimp turn opaque and lightly pink, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl. Add the remaining butter and oil to the pan; add onion and sauté until softened and golden, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté 1 minute; season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Add the beer and bring it to a boil, scraping the pan with a spoon and stirring to incorporate all the yummy browned bits. Cook until the liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Return the shrimp to the pan; stir to coat with the sauce and warm the shrimp. Serve over cooked grits, polenta, pasta or rice, and sprinkle each serving with chives and parsley. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 4.

- Squeeze lemon over shrimp and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in rosemary, basil, oregano, coriander, and bay leaf. - Thaw the shrimp, if frozen. Pat the shrimp dry. In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp with the salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter on medium high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until just opaque and cooked through, turning them with tongs.
- Spritz with juice of the lemon wedges and serve immediately.

HERBAL SHRIMP DELIGHT WITH BEER SAUCE

- In a medium bowl, toss together basil, oregano, parsley, spinach, romaine lettuce, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and white wine.
- In a small bowl, blend the flour and water to a paste.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, and saute the onion, green onion, and garlic 5 minutes, until tender. Mix in the tomato.
