SAUSAGE ONION BISCUIT BARS

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 large chopped onion
2 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 13 x 9x2" baking dish.
  • Brown the onion and sausage,until tender.
  • Drain.
  • Combine the biscuit mix,milk and 1 egg,mixing well.
  • Spread into the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the caraway seeds over,and add sausage over it.
  • In bowl,combine sour cream,1 egg ans salt.
  • Blend mixture well.
  • Pour this over the sausage layer.
  • Sprinkle the paprika.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool before cutting into bars.
