- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. , Drain noodles; toss with butter. Set aside. In a blender, process cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in onions and parsley. Add noodles; toss to coat. , In a greased 11x7-in. baking dish, layer a third of the noodle mixture and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodle mixture; sprinkle with Swiss cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

- In a small saucepan, bring the first eight ingredients just to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; set aside., Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 1/2 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. , Stir-fry carrot and red pepper in remaining oil for 3-4 minutes. Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender. - Cook wide egg noodles in water and drain. Cook 1-2 minutes less than package instructions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degress F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain excess grease if needed.
- To the skillet add tomato sauce, sour cream, softened cream cheese, sugar, and garlic salt and stir until combined.
- In the prepared baking dish, layer 1/2 noodles topped with 1/2 beef sauce. Repeat.
- Cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn off oven. Remove foil; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and allow everything to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding up to 1/2 cup more water if necessary, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 12 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and cook for 1 additional minute or until the pasta is tender.
- Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the chives and serve directly from the pan.

- Cook noodles according to the instructions on the box. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- In a 12-inch skillet or wok, brown ground beef with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until meat is no longer pink and is cooked through.
- Add garlic paste and ginger paste to the skillet and brown for an additional minute.
- Add chili paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and 1/2 of the beef broth to the skillet.
- Stir the cornstarch into the remaining 1/2 cup of broth until dissolved. Add the cornstarch/broth mixture to the skillet.
- Saute over medium heat until sauce is bubbly and meat is evenly seasoned with the sauce.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of green onions sliced on the diagonal into 1 inch pieces. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning to taste (add additional chili paste or red pepper for more spice, etc.)

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak, working in batches, until seared and browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer seared steak to a plate.

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil; add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until onion has softened and beef is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
