1 tablespoon paprika
2 ½ teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

In a bowl, stir together paprika, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, seasoned pepper, thyme and oregano. Store in an airtight container.

1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 bay leaves

Steps:

Mix chili powder, cumin, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, oregano, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, and bay leaves in a bowl. Store seasoning mix in an airtight container.
