My family loves chips and salsa. This salsa is so quick and easy to make, and it is definitely a family favorite.

Steps:
- 1. Place tomatoes in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on lowest speed 2 seconds to chop tomatoes.
- 2. Combine tomatoes with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper sauce, and jalapeno. Taste and adjust seasonings, if desired.
- 3. Serve with tortilla chips.

- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, tomatillo, and salt to taste. Mix well. Add 1/2 of the jalapeno pepper, and taste. If you desire your salsa with more of a kick, add the remaining 1/2 jalapeno. If you are satisfied with the salsa's heat, do not add the remaining jalapeno pepper. Cover the salsa, and chill until ready to serve.

- Add the onions and green peppers. Cook and stir until lightly browned. Step 3
