- Salt and pepper the salmon. In a small bowl add the brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Rub on the salmon.
- In the basket of your air fryer add the salmon skin side down. Turn the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. If adding asparagus add to the basket after 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Remove the salmon from any packaging and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle on the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub them all over the salmon.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer tray skin side up and slide it in the air fryer.
- Turn the temperature to 360°F for 15-18 minutes*.
- Check on the salmon half-way through the process to make sure it isn't burning.
- When it's golden brown around the edges remove and serve!

Did you know you can cook fish in the air fryer en papillote? I didn't either until I did an experiment! You can have a full dinner by adding in 90-second rice and cooking the vegetables with the fish. Serve with a lemon-dill sauce.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
- Place 2 pieces parchment paper side by side; fold each piece in half. Place equal amounts zucchini and squash along the seam and sprinkle with sazonador seasoning. Lay salmon fillets on top of vegetables and sprinkle remaining seasoning on top. Dot each fillet with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Fold up each parchment square: first fold the rectangles in half over the fish. Then, starting at one corner, make a series of straight folds on the outer rim of the squares to seal the edge together.
- Air fry until salmon easily flakes with a fork, 10 minutes. The packages should be puffed up and slightly browned when fully cooked.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place each salmon fillet in the center of a parchment paper sheet. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with melted butter. Arrange oregano and lemon slices down the length of each fillet.
- Lift the parchment paper on 2 opposite sides to meet in the middle above the salmon. Tightly fold down paper until it reaches salmon, crimping to seal. Roll up and crimp the ends to seal. Be sure the paper is sealed snugly so that steam won't escape during cooking. Secure folds with toothpicks, if you like. Place the packets on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 30 minutes. Carefully open packets and transfer salmon to serving plates.

- Combine the salt, pepper, mixed herbs and garlic granules, if using, in a bowl, then scatter onto a plate. Rub each salmon fillet with a little olive oil and roll in the seasoning to coat.
- Put in the air fryer basket in one layer and cook at 180C for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. If you have larger salmon fillets they will need to be cooked for longer - keep checking after 10 mins and cook in 1-2 min blasts, until ready. Serve with greens and quinoa or rice, if you like.
