Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 4" x 8" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine together salmon, egg, bread cubes, and powder milk, mix until completely combined.
- Add in bell pepper, onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried basil, parsley, dry mustard, and celery seed.
- Mix until thoroughly together.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
- Press in pan gently with the back of a spoon.
- Bake, uncovered, 1 hour, or until to p of loaf is golden.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then remove loaf to a serving plate.

- Flake salmon in large bowl; remove bones Combine remaining ingredients with salmon.
- Turn the salmon mixture into a greased 1 1/2-qt. (1.5-liter) casserole dish.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until firm in the center. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Drain salmon; save 1/4 cup liquid. Remove skin and bones from salmon, flake.
- Thoroughly mix salmon with salmon liquid and other ingredients; pack into a greased loaf pan(9X5X3).
- Mixture is soft before baking.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until browned. Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes; loosen sides of pan and turn out on platter.

- Mix together all of the above ingredients and shape into a loaf like you would a meatloaf.
- Place into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
UNUSUAL SALMON LOAF

Steps:
- Mix the salmon,egg, cheese , half and half,.
- margarine, lemon juice , dill weed, and cornflakes.
- Shape into loaf.
- Put into well buttered 9x5 inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Cool loaf and wrap in Saran Wrap.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- Slice into 8 pieces.
- Make dill sauce and blend in blender.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Place salmon on lettuce leaf, garnish with dill sauce.
- Arrange hard boiled eggs, tomato and cooked asparagus around plate, optional.
