CREAMY SALAD DRESSING WITH SOUR CREAM

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• Whisk together the salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, oil, and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.
• Add sour cream and whisk the mixture briskly to combine.
• Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

SOUR CREAM SALAD DRESSING

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt. Serve Immediately; refrigerate leftovers.

RASPBERRY CREAM DRESSING

Steps:

• Place raspberries in a blender and process until smooth.
• Pour through a strainer into a bowl and press the mixture with the back of a spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out liquid.
• Discard seeds.
• Combine the raspberry puree, olive oil,& remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth.
• Chill.

OLD FASHIONED SOUR CREAM SALAD DRESSING

Steps:

• Stir together salt, sugar, and paprika with lemon juice and vinegar until salt and sugar are dissolved.
• Whisk in sour cream, blending until smooth.

SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM & RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Separate leaves of lettuce and arugula and wash with cold water.
• Place in a bowl and cover with 2 trays of ice cubes.
• Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour to chill.
• When chilled, discard ice cubes, and drain.
• Pat lettuce dry with paper towels.
• Tear lettuce and arugula into smaller bite size pieces and place in a bowl.
• Add tomatoes, green onions or use sliced red onion.
• Add to bowl and lightly toss to mix.
• In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey mustard, raspberry vinegar, salt and pepper.
• Pour dressing over lettuce and toss to coat.
