Russian Tea No Mixes Recipes

SUGAR-FREE SPICED TEA (RUSSIAN) TEA

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
• To make a cup, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mix to 1 cup of hot water.
• To give as a gift, package in 1 cup containers and attach the recipe and the nutritional information which is as follows (according to the website where I got this):.
• 3 calories per 1 cup serving. 0 fat, 0 cholesterol and 1 milligram sodium to a cup.

SUGAR FREE RUSSIAN TEA

Steps:

• Mix together all ingredients.
• Place in a food processor and whir until well combined and very powdery, about 1 minute.
• For one serving: add 2 to 3 tsp tea mix to 8 oz boiling water, to taste.

RUSSIAN TEA (ALL NATURAL)

Steps:

• Bring water, cinnamon stick and cloves to a boil in a medium saucepan; remove from heat and add tea.
• Steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Strain and discard the tea leaves and whole spices.
• In a small saucepan, heat orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and nutmeg. Warm until the sugar dissolves.
• Add the juice mixture to the tea. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
• Reheat (don't boil!) and serve.

SUGAR-FREE RUSSIAN TEA

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To prepare one serving, add 1/4 teaspoon of mix to 3/4 cup of hot water; stir well.

RUSSIAN TEA MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, add 2 tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup boiling water; stir.

RUSSIAN TEA (NO MIXES)

Steps:

• Boil 2 quarts water in a pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 20 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
• Combine remaining 2 quarts water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a separate pot. Bring to a boil. Add the brewed tea, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
