If you're watching your waistline then don't try this recipe, well once a year is okay LOL! This is a drink from heaven!.... Because of the raw eggs, I advise not to serve this to the elderly due to Salmonella. This recipe will make 1 litre, but I really suggest to double the amount.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (300 g) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups rum (use white or amber, you can use less if desired, I like to use the 1-1/2 cups!)
1 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a very clean glass bottle.
  • Refrigerate it for up to 7 days, the flavors will intensify the longer you leave it, believe me it won't last that long LOL!
  • DELICIOUS!

I make pumpkintinis every fall and the recipe calls for maple liqueur. Well, you'd think that would be easy to find but it has been near impossible! My friend and I found 4 bottles in our state. So I decided to do some research and this is what I found and YUMMY....it's perfecto! Try a little in your coffee or your baked beans, experiment. It is delicious!

1 cup good quality rye whiskey
1 cup real maple syrup

Steps:

  • Pour the whiskey into a pint jar or bottle with a tight fitting cork. Stir in the maple syrup until dissolved. Store in the refrigerator.

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1-1 1/4 c amber rum (appleton's is what i use)
1 c cream or half and half
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp fresh brewed coffee
1 tsp real vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and run on a low setting for a minute, just long enough to blend.
  • 2. Refrigerate for an hour for flavors to blend. Serve over ice, in coffee, over ice cream, or in any way one would use Irish cream. It has the same texture but not the bite of whiskey. Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge, I'm told. It never stays around long enough at our house!
