KEY LIME PIE COCKTAIL RECIPE BY TASTY
Tangy Key lime, refreshing pineapple juice, and rich coconut cream paired with vanilla vodka and dark rum make this Key lime pie cocktail something to dream about. The rim of the glass is coated with crushed graham crackers and toasted coconut for pie-crust vibes, and the drink is topped off with a freshly grated nutmeg for a spiced finish. It's a sweet, creamy, and delicious dessert you can drink!

Steps:
- In a small, shallow dish wide enough to fit the rim of a martini glass, mix the crushed graham crackers with the toasted coconut flakes. Wet the rim of 2 martini glasses with the Key lime wedge. Dip the rims of the glasses in the graham cracker mixture.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then add the rum, vodka, coconut cream, pineapple juice, Key lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well, then strain the cocktail evenly between the prepared glasses. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg

LIME AND COCONUT MOJITOS
Steps:
- Combine the sugar, lime zest and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring a few times until the sugar is dissolved. Chill completely before making the mojitos.
- Add the mint and 1/4 cup of the chilled lime syrup to a pitcher; muddle with a wooden spoon to bruise the mint. Add the coconut water, lime juice, white rum and coconut rum and stir to combine. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Fill four glasses with ice, then fill by three-quarters with the rum mixture. Top off with lime club soda. Garnish with torn mint and serve.

Steps:
- To make the crust: combine all the crust ingredients; firmly press on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Cover and chill 30 minutes or several hours.
- To make the pie: in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Add in lime juice and rum; stir to combine.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
- Cover and chill at least 12 hours or until set.

- Place a small amount of key lime juice in small, shallow plate that is wide enough to fit the top of the martini glass. On another plate of the same size, mix together graham cracker crumbs and coconut flakes. Tip top rim of martini glass in to key lime juice, allow excess to drip off and then dip immediately into the graham cracker/coconut mixture.
