Cream cheese and whipped topping folded together make this no-bake pie light and fluffy. This is a quick and easy dessert. For endless variations, use any flavor of pie filling as a topping! This recipe can be doubled for a 9x13 inch pan.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping and blend until mixture is smooth. Spread into graham cracker crust and spoon pie filling over top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours before serving.

The best no-bake pie ever, and its easy too!! You can also use flavored cream cheese! Great for holidays!! Any pie filling can be used in this recipe.

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 bananas
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling

Steps:

  • Slice bananas, and arrange on the bottom of each pie crust.
  • Mix confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, and nondairy whipped topping with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Divide mixture into pie shells. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling of you choice.
  • Chill in freezer for 2 hours, or leave in refrigerator over night. Serve!!!

Super easy, super good; a really great "in-a-pinch" dessert. From a cookbook entitled "Second Round", the second in the "Tea Time At The Masters" set from the Augusta, Georgia Junior League. Cook time is chilling time, and time to prepare the fruit isn't included.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
fresh fruit (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Garnish with fruit-- peaches, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, would all be good with this; as would some shaved chocolate!

1 package junket danish dessert mix
1 3/4 cups cold water
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped (makes 1 cup)
meringue, shells (either 1 9" or 8 single serving "Whole" strawberries (if desired)

Steps:

  • Stir contents of danish dessert into water in med saucepan.
  • Bring to full boil.
  • Boil one minute,stirring constantly.
  • Cool slightly.
  • In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream and 2 Tablespoons of cooled danish dessert.
  • Spread into meringue shells.
  • 6.
  • Top with danish dessert, drizzling over edges for appeal.
  • Top with whipped cream and whole strawberries if desired.

This is the easiest cherry cheesecake you will ever prepare. Simply made in a bowl with no cooking! Delicious cherries, cream cheese and cool whip with a buttery graham cracker crust, and so good! A beautiful dish, and definitely company worthy! Compliments of my cousin, Tessie. Enjoy!

1/2 box of graham crackers (1 pound box)
1 stick of real butter
2 packages cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cans of comstock ruby red cherry pie filling
1 small container cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Soften the packages of cream cheese to room temperature before you begin.
  • 2. You will need two bowls: A large one you are going to serve the pie in--I use a pyrex bowl. This will hold the crust. A medium size bowl to mix the filling.
  • 3. In the large bowl, crush the graham crackers, melt one stick of butter and pour over the crackers. Press this mixture in bottom of bowl and up the sides to make a crust.
  • 4. In the medium bowl, place the 2 packages of cream cheese, less than 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and the small container of cool whip. More cool whip tastes better! Mix well.
  • 5. Spoon the mixture in the medium bowl into the crust in the large bowl. Top with the 2 cans of Ruby Red Cherry Pie Filling by Comstock. I use this brand because it is really red, the cherries are huge and the filling is perfect. Refrigerate this dish overnight covered with saran wrap. You will be tempted to eat it right away, but know that it tastes better if it sets overnight. Enjoy!
