RUBY RED WINE PUNCH

Steps:

• 1. In saucepan, combine water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Strain out spices and chill liquid, about 2 hours.
• 2. Combine chilled mixture with wine and cranberry-apple juice in punch bowl. Garnish with mint leaves or lemon peel twists if desired.

RED WINE PUNCH

Steps:

• Try this grown-up take on fruit punch: Combine 1 bottle red wine, 6 ounces brandy, 6 ounces raspberry or orange liqueur and the juice of 2 lemons in a large pitcher and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve over ice and garnish with raspberries and orange slices.

RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT PUNCH

Steps:

• In a small saucepan boil the sugar, water and orange rinds together until the sugar is completely dissolved.
• Let cool completely.
• Remove the rinds and strain any orange bits.
• Set aside.
• To a large punch bowl add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and orange simple syrup.
• Mix well.
• Garnish with slices of grapefruit and limes, and pomegranate seeds.
• Add the club soda. TIP: Add the club soda (soda water) to the punch right before you want to serve it, to retain as much of the fizz as possible.
• Add ice immediately before serving.

RUBY PUNCH

Steps:

• Mix cranberry juice cocktail, cloves and cinnamon sticks in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.; cool. Remove cloves and cinnamon sticks; discard.
• Place drink mixes in punch bowl just before serving. Add cold water; stir until drink mixes are completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry juice mixture.
• Add ice cubes.
