Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Pound round steak w/ meat mallet until tenderized & flattened. Salt & pepper. Coat w/ flour. Fry until browned on both sides in cooking oil in a Dutch Oven. (If there's excess grease in the Oven, get rid of that. If you don't use too much oil, it shouldn't be a problem.)
- 3. Lay potatoes & carrots on top of steak.
- 4. Whisk water, steak sauces, onion soup, wine, until well blended. Pour over the main ingredients. Cover and bake for 2 - 2.5 hours at 350 degrees. Or add to crockpot and cook on low for 6/7 hours or high on 3/4. When it's done, there will be a lovely sauce and the meat will flake with a fork. Enjoy!

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- 2. Heat oil up in a cast iron or other heavy bottomed pan over medium-high until oil is shimmering.
- 3. While oil heats combine flour, salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, onion salt, and dry mustard in a large flat bowl. Take tenderized steak and dredge both sides in the flour mixture, shake off any excess.
- 4. Once oil is heated, carefully lay the steaks one at a time and fry until meat is browned and crisp. Remove from the pan and place in a baking dish that has a fitting cover.
- 5. Top steak with sliced onion, garlic, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and place in preheated oven for 2 to 2 ½ hours, until steak is tender. Remove the steaks and transfer to your serving dish.
- 6. Transfer liquids to a small pot and let simmer until slightly thickened. Add sour cream and mix. Pour over the steaks and serve.

- Cut into serving pieces and place in bottom of crockpot.
- Separate onion rings and place on top of steak.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, seasoning blend and pepper; add beef cubes and shake to coat. In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef in oil. Steps:
- Trim fat off edges of steak and cut into serving size pieces.
- Season with creole seasoning.
- Pour oil in large skillet and brown steak well.
- Place in a greased 9x13 dish.
- In large bowl stir together onion, rice, beef broth, water, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt, worcestershire, bell peppers and green chilies.
- Pour over steak in baking dish.
