ROSEMARY WHEAT CRACKERS
No one will believe you made these delightful rosemary scented crackers with a sprinkling of kosher salt. They are easy to make and are better than store-bought.-Nancy Mueller, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

- In a small bowl, combine the flours, sugar, salt and rosemary. Gradually add oil, tossing with a fork to combine. Add milk; toss with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times., Divide dough into three equal portions. On a greased baking sheet, roll out one portion into a 9-in. x 8-in. rectangle, about 1/16-in. thick. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Using rolling pin, gently press salt into dough. Prick holes in dough with a fork. Score dough into 16 pieces. Repeat with remaining dough. , Bake at 400° until edges are lightly browned, 9-11 minutes. Immediately cut along the scored lines. Cool completely on baking sheets. Store in an airtight container.

HOMEMADE ROSEMARY CRACKERS

Steps:
- Set your oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands to combine to a rough dough. If it's sticky, add a little more flour so it's nice and smooth.
- On a sheet of baking parchment sprinkled with flour, roll the dough out to the thickness of a £1 coin, then use a pizza cutter or knife and cut it into squares.
- Brush the squares with a little water and sprinkle with some salt and the 1 tsp chopped rosemary. Prick each square once in the middle with a fork.
- Transfer the baking parchment straight onto a baking sheet, separate each square of dough a little, and bake in the hot oven for 12-15 mins or until the crackers are slightly golden. Cool, then store in a tin for up to two weeks.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together almond flour, salt, rosemary and figs.
- Mix in egg and oil until well combined.
- Roll out dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper until 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut dough with a knife or pizza cutter into 2 inch squares.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and serve.

- In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, and rosemary. Then add in the olive oil and water. Mix with a large wooden spoon until it comes together and knead with your hands until it's a smooth dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky. Add more water if it's too crumbly.
- On a lightly floured parchment paper, roll out the dough as thin and even as possible. Use more flour if you need to. Add ground salt on top of the crackers and roll them into the dough a bit.
- Cut it with a pizza cutter length- and widthwise into individual crackers. Carefully pull the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
