Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix together dried oregano, smoked paprika and chili powder.
- Rub spice mixture evenly into both sides of steak. Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Lightly brush scallions with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare grill or grill pan to medium-high heat; lightly oil grate. Grill steak, with grill lid open, 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer steak to a platter and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill scallions, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 4 minutes per side.
- Slice steak against the grain and arrange on serving plates with scallions.
- Serve with Bush's® Honey Chipotle Grillin' Beans®.

- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients; gradually whisk in oil. Reserve 1 tablespoon mixture. Add vegetables to remaining mixture; toss to coat., Place pork chops and vegetables in a 15x10x1-in. pan coated with cooking spray. Brush chops with reserved mustard mixture. Roast 10 minutes., Turn chops and stir vegetables; roast until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145° and vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes longer. If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread dijon on chops. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper. Turn to other side and repeat.
- Place breadcrumbs on shallow dish. Coat chops on both sides in crumbs.
- Heat skillet on medium high heat. Drizzle small amount of olive oil. Heat. Brown chops for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Place chops in oven. Cook for 20 minutes.

- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together and pour over the pork chops in a glass dish or Ziploc bag. Turn the chops occasionally in the marinade.
- Marinate for 20-30 minutes, covered at room temperature. You don't want cold chops to hit a hot grill or they are more likely to dry out.
- Grill on a medium high temperature grill until fully cooked. I like the brush any remaining marinade over the pork chops as they grill. The internal temperature of the cooked pork chops should be 150 to 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer. (or 165-175 degrees F for chicken pieces)
