Ingredients:
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
kosher salt
ground black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. yellow mustard
Kosher dill pickles
4 plain hamburger rolls

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, add onion, stirring occasionally until translucent and tender, 6 minutes.
  • Add ground beef, using a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small crumbles. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Once half the meat has browned, add garlic, Worcestershire and mustard. Stir until combined, and cook the meat until it is no longer pink at all.
  • Pile meat onto one hamburger bun, top with pickles, and cover with the other half of the bun. Repeat until you have four sandwiches.

1/2 yellow onion
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 pound ground beef (, (85/15))
1 clove garlic (, minced)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
hamburger dill pickles
6 plain hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Add the vegetable oil, ground beef and onion to large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Break the meat apart and continue cooking until the onions are translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire and mustard and stir well to combine.
  • Serve on hamburger bun topped with pickles.

  • Over medium heat, place the onions, ground beef, and cooking oil in a large skillet. Break the beef apart with your spatula. Cook, stirring often, until the onions and beef are browned - about 15 minutes.
  • Next, add the Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes more.
