DRIPPING ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES WITH MELTED PROVOLONE
In less than 15 minutes, you can put together these mouthwatering, restaurant-style sandwiches that get a kick from banana peppers and cheesy goodness from melted provolone. Enjoy!

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat the soup and Worcestershire in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Add the beef and heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Divide the beef evenly among the rolls. Top the beef with the cheese slices and place the sandwiches onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 3 minutes or until the sandwiches are toasted and the cheese is melted. Spoon the soup mixture onto the sandwiches. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon pepper rings.

ROSE WATER CREAM MELT AWAY SANDWICHES

- Cookies: 1. Whisk to combine flour, cornstarch and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat butter and confectioners' sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy, 5 minutes. Add rose water, and mix until combined. Switch to whisk, add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Divide dough in half, shape into disks. Wrap each in plastic, and chill 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 305 degrees. On parchment, roll 1 disk of dough to 1/8 thickness, chill 15 minutes. Cut 1 1/2 inch rounds from dough, and place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Repeat with remaining disk. Using the wide end of a pastry tip, cut a 1/2 inch hole off center in half of rounds. Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until barely golden, about 14 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely. (unfilled cookies can be stored in an air tight container up to 3 days) 3. Dust cut out cookies lightly with confectioners' sugar. Spread a heaping 1/2 teaspoon filling on whole cookies and top with cot out cookies. Filling: Stir together cream cheese and sugar with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add rose water and milk, stir until smooth.

Steps:
- Put all the bread ingredients except the cornmeal in the bread machine and set it on the dough setting. Spray 3 - 5 small springform pans or small coffee cans with cooking spray, then dust with cornmeal.
- While the bread machine is at work, make the garlic sauce. Put in a covered container in the refrigerator.
- When the dough is ready, preheat the oven to 170 F. then turn the oven OFF. The dough will be sticky and it will fall when you pull it out of the machine. Divide the dough amongst the prepared pans, dust the tops with cornmeal, spray with cooking spray, then set in the oven and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let rise for 40 minutes, then remove the towel, preheat the oven to 375 F. with buns in the oven and let bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let the bread rest for at least 30 minutes before making the sandwiches.
- To make the sandwiches: slice the bread horizontally in half and lightly toast it, then spread the inside of the top half with mustard. Spread both halves with the garlic dressing. Sprinkle the bottom bun with cheddar and parmesan and the top half with mozzarella. Set in the oven at 350 to melt the cheese. When the cheese is melted, sprinkle the bottom half with olives, then pile on the meats, onion, lettuce, and tomato. Enjoy!

- In the smallest saucepan, combine together the sugar, water and squeeze of lemon juice. Set on the stove top over medium high heat.
- Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for no longer than 5 minutes. Set a timer! The syrup will thicken slightly, and have a consistency similar to pancake syrup. If it simmers for longer it could thicken too much and become candy-like and not pourable.
