ROOT BEER FLOAT FUDGE
My children have always loved root beer floats so I came up with this fudgy treat just for them. Sweet and creamy with that familiar root beer flavor, it's always a best-seller at school bake sales. -Jennifer Fisher, Austin, Texas

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease six oven-proof jars with nonstick spray; set aside.
- Follow the instructions on the box of brownie mix to prepare the batter for regular brownies (not cake-like). Distribute the batter evenly into the six jars. (I pipe the batter into the jars using a freezer zipper bag, then cut off one of the corners for easy clean piping.)
- Set all six jars onto a shallow baking sheet and carefully place in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out fairly clean. Watch carefully as baking times can vary, depending on the size of your jars and thickness of your brownies.
