ROLO COOKIE BARS RECIPE
Rolo Cookie Bars are a delicious dessert for any occasion. This recipe is both delicious and super easy to make!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper. If necessary, foil can be used, but it must be sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix together (using a stand mixer or by hand) the butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
- Mix in the milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt, and oats.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, Rolos, and pecans.
- Spread the dough in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- The edges should be set and golden brown, and the tops of the bars should look mostly "dry."
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting.

ROLO BARS
One of the first things I learned to make growing up. And now I only make these at Christmas as one of my special holiday treats.

Steps:
- In bowl, combine dry cake mix, butter and milk. This will be thick.
- Spread 1/2 of the cake mixture into a prepared 9 x 13 pyrex casserole dish.
- Sprinkle candies on top of cake mixture.
- Top candies with remaining cake mixture. This is thick and you may need to use your hands.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of 2nd layer of cake mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°.
- Cut while warm and allow to cool in the pan.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8 inch baking dish with either non stick spray or line the pan with foil and spray that with non stick spray.
- In a large bowl, add the cookie mix, egg, butter and pudding mix and mix on low speed (or with a spoountil everything is well combined. The mixture should look like soft cookie dough. With a spoon, mix in the chopped up rolos.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan, press it out evenly and top with the extra rolos. Bake for about 30 minutes (until the sides are golden brown).
