ROCKY ROAD FREEZER PIE

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk cream and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallows and pecans. Transfer to pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

ROCKY ROAD FREEZE
This recipe was in my Taste of Home Grand Prize Winners Book from 2011. I like that you can make it without an icecream maker, and of course that it is sooooo delish! See what you think! Prep. time does NOT include freezing time.

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the milk and chocolate syrup; set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture, marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts.
- 2. Transfer to freezer-proof container; cover and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
