JUICIEST BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN
This is the juiciest baked pork tenderloin recipe ever. It's coated in an easy spice rub, quickly browned in a pan which creates a lovely crust, then baked in a simple pan sauce to keep it incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The melt-in-your-mouth tender pork tastes amazing as leftovers, too!

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Dry the pork tenderloins well with paper towels.
- Mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Rub this spice mix over all sides of the pork.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork, working in 2 batches if your pan is not big enough to fit both tenderloins without them touching. Sear the pork on all sides until it is brown, about 6 minutes total. Take the pan off the heat.
- Move the pork to a baking dish. If the spices left in the pan are black, wipe them away with a paper towel. Return the pan to the heat and add the beef broth. Scrape the bottom of the pan to remove any stuck-on bits then boil for 1 minute until it reduces to about ¼ cup. Pour this sauce over the pork.
- Pour the apple cider vinegar over the pork then dot the top with the butter. Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake the pork for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Serve with a little minced parsley, for color.

30 MINUTE ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE
For the best, juiciest pork tenderloin, sear the pork on all sides in a skillet before finishing in the oven. The spice blend you use is up to you; we love using a spicy steak spice blend or fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme. We love to serve this pork over polenta or mashed potatoes.

Steps:

- Roast 10 to 15 minutes or until an internal thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers between 145 and 150 degrees F.
- Transfer pork to a large plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest about 10 minutes. While pork is resting, place the skillet back over medium heat. Add the apple cider and simmer until reduced by half. Add butter then serve drizzled over pork.

PERFECT ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH APPLES
The trick to flavorful and moist pork tenderloin is to sear the pork before roasting. In our recipe, the pork is seared and then is baked on top a bed of apples and onions. Most often, you will find that pork tenderloins are sold in packages with two tenderloins. One tenderloin should generously serve 2 people and most likely serve 3. One note, "pork tenderloins" and "pork loin" are two different cuts of meat. Pork tenderloins are much thinner and take less time to cook.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Trim each tenderloin of any silver skin (this can be tough when cooked). To do this, use a small sharp knife and slide the blade under and outward to remove it.
- Pat pork dry with paper towels and then rub with one tablespoon of the oil and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a heavy-bottomed oven-safe skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot and shimmers, add the pork tenderloins and cook, occasionally turning, until evenly browned all over; about 12 minutes. Transfer to a large plate or cutting board. (The pork will not be cooked through).
- Keep the pan used to sear the pork on the stove over medium heat. Check the pan, if it looks dry, add two to three teaspoons of additional oil. (If there is fat left in the pan from cooking the pork, there is no need to add extra oil).
- Add the apples and onions then cook, occasionally stirring, until lightly browned around edges, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon of thyme.
- Use a pastry brush (or use your fingers) to rub the seared pork all over with the mustard, 2 teaspoons of thyme, and the black pepper. Place the seared pork tenderloins on top of the apples and onions, and then slide into the oven.
- Roast 10 to 15 minutes or until an internal thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers between 145 and 150 degrees F. Transfer the pork to a large plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest about 10 minutes.
- While the pork rests, place the pan with apples and onions back onto the stove and turn heat to medium. Add chicken stock and use a wooden spoon to scrape the pan, lifting any brown bits from the bottom. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half. Add butter and stir until melted.
- To serve, slice pork into 1-inch slices then serve on a bed of the apples and onions with pan sauce drizzled on top.

ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN
Pork tenderloin a cut that is very lean, tender, and boneless, and a bit pricey. It's delicious roasted as long as you don't overcook it. 18 minutes I find is right on. With the addition of the dry brine producing a succulent tasty tenderloin. Tenderloins are usually sold in pairs do not confuse with pork loin which is a larger roast. If you do use adjust cooking times. If there's a silver membrane on the tenderloin, remove it before cooking. Use a thermometer to check if done so not to lose any juice by cutting into the meat. When at 150° which is well above the 137° necessary to kill any trichinae. Will produce tenderloin that's juicy, tender, and safe.

- Season and flavor the pork however you desire. Sometimes I do a marinade beforehand, but you can also do a quick rub with sazon seasoning, or simply sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
- Heat a large ovenproof skillet (I prefer cast iron) over medium high heat until it starts to smoke, then sear the pork on each side for about 60-90 seconds, until brown on the outside. Don't cook the pork for more than 3 minutes total on the stove.

- Roasted Pork Tenderloin. Consider this your go-to for roasting pork tenderloin in the oven. The key to getting that irresistible crust on the outside is sliding the skillet in the oven as it heats up and flipping the tenderloin halfway through cooking.
- Sheet Pan BBQ Pork Tenderloin with Green Beans and Cauliflower. Pork tenderloin is an ideal candidate for a sheet pan dinner. Just don’t forget the sauce.
- Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin. Your Instant Pot might be the absolute easiest way to cook port tenderloin. The Instant Pot lets you sear, cook, and sauce not one but two tenderloins at once, and you don’t have to worry about overcooking it.
- Instant Pot Pork Banh Mi Sandwiches. A meaty pork tenderloin is our favorite way to make Vietnamese-style banh mi sandwiches at home. A mix of lime juice, fish sauce, and garlic infuse the pork with some serious savory flavor.
- Honey-Glazed Pork Tenderloin. Meet my all-time favorite pork tenderloin recipe. It’s seared in a super hot skillet, finished in the oven, then bathed in a sweet and tangy, mustard-flecked glaze.
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is right up there will chicken breast, burgers, and foil packets when it comes to an easy weeknight dinner on the grill.
- Pork Stir-Fry with Asparagus and Sugar Snap Peas. Stir-fries are a great way to stretch a tenderloin to feed a couple more hungry mouths. Plan to place the meat in the freezer for about 20 minutes before prepping it – it’ll be a lot easier to slice into thin strips.
- Pork Tenderloin and Onion Jam Sandwiches. The next few recipes take a little more advance planning, but are still super-simple (and super-delicious). These sandwiches are the number one reason to cook a pork tenderloin during your weekend meal prep session, then slice it up and build sandwiches during the week.
- Ina Garten’s Cider-Roasted Pork Tenderloins with Roasted Plum Chutney. Like all of Ina’s recipes, this roasted pork tenderloin is simple yet impressive.
- Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin. If you have the time, I highly recommend marinating the pork in a simple pantry sauce overnight for maximum flavor (though you can get away with two hours).
