ROASTED GARLIC PARMESAN RANCH DRESSING RECIPE
This Garlic Parmesan Ranch dressing is rich and tasty. The salad dressing is scratch made from fresh roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese and buttermilk.

Steps:
- Place roasted garlic, oil, vinegar and buttermilk in blender pulse to break up garlic.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, pulse until garlic is fully pulverized.
- Add Parmesan, pulse to mix in. Dressing can be used immediately, or refrigerated in sealed container (use within a few days).

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Using your fingers, work the brown sugar, about 1 teaspoon per thigh, onto both sides of the chicken. Place chicken, potatoes and carrots in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place into oven and roast until the chicken is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 25-30 minutes.* Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Steps:
- In an unoiled, small heavy skillet, roast the unpeeled garlic cloves on medium heat, turning them occasionally; cook the garlic for about 10-15 minutes, until it's soft and covered with dark spots.
- Test for doneness by pressing a clove with a spoon- if you see small bubbles of juice bursting through the skin, remove them from the skillet.
- When cool enough to handle, peel the cloves.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the garlic with the oil, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and mustard until smooth.

- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- To make the spice mix, whisk together the buttermilk powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives, dried dill, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the butter, sugar and mustard until combined. Set aside.
- Add the cereal squares, pretzel sticks, nuts, pita chips and cheese squares to a large bowl. Add all but 2 tablespoons of the melted butter mixture and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with all but 1 tablespoon of the spice mix and toss to combine.
- Spread the coated cereal mix onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, until toasty and crispy, about 50 minutes.
- When the mixture comes out of the oven, pour the popcorn into a large bowl and toss with the remaining butter mixture and seasoning mixture. Add the toasted cereal mix and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
