Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Split the buns down the middle (keeping them intact if they came stuck together) and place them into the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread evenly on the bottom side of each bun, and then top with the roast beef, cheese, and top portions of the buns.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Once the brown sugar has dissolved into the butter, remove the pan from heat and then whisk in the mustard, onion, Worcestershire, and salt.
- Spoon the butter mixture over the sandwiches and then sprinkle them with the poppy seeds. Loosely cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, and continue to bake until the top buns are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 8-10 more minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Mix the mayonnaise and horseradish together and set aside.
- Remove the Hawaiian Rolls from the packaging. Cut each set of 12 horizontally in half so the tops and bottoms are separated.
- Lay the bottoms in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the rolls. Next lay the roast beef and then cheese evenly over the rolls. Put the tops back on the rolls and then use a knife to cut between each roll to separate the sandwiches. (This helps for serving.)
- Next, in a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, dried onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the top of the rolls and use a pastry brush to evenly spread it out and work between each roll.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the sandwiches are heated through and the cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Make the horseradish cream: Mix the horseradish, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Make the sliders: Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bun bottoms, cut-side down, and cook until golden; set aside. Melt 1 more tablespoon butter in the skillet and toast the bun tops until golden; set aside.
- Season the beef generously with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, add the beef and cook until browned but still pink in the center, about 2 minutes per side. (You can also cook the tenderloin in one piece: Brown on all sides, then roast in a 425 degrees F oven, 10 to 15 minutes. Let rest, then slice into 12 pieces.)
- Assemble the sliders: Put a slice of beef on each bun bottom. Top each with a generous spoonful of the horseradish cream, some onion rings and a bun top.
