4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ritz crackers (crushed)
½ teaspoon garlic salt
black pepper (to taste)
2 eggs (beaten)
½ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together crackers, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, and then dredge in the cracker mixture, coating it completely.
  • Place each coated chicken breast in a 9x13 pan.
  • Cut the butter up into small pieces, and put them over the top of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

1 cup crushed buttery round cracker crumbs
½ teaspoon garlic salt
ground black pepper to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup butter, cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the eggs, then dredge in the crumb mixture to coat.
  • Arrange coated chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place pieces of butter around the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup ((1 can))
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked chicken breasts (cut into cubes or shredded, about 4 breasts)
2 cup broccoli florets
4 ounce Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a bowl whisk the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together.
  • Add the chicken, broccoli florets and toss it together with the cream of chicken/sour cream mixture, making sure each pieces is coated fully.
  • Add the chicken and broccoli to the casserole dish.
  • Add the crackers to a food processor and pulse a few times until the crackers resemble breadcrumbs.
  • Sprinkled the crumbled crackers over the casserole the chicken and broccoli and then drizzle with the melted butter.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until the casserole starts to bubble and the crackers start to turn golden brown.

1/2 cup butter
13 1/2 ounces Ritz crackers, 3 packages (each pkg has 37 crackers)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Place Ritz crackers in the blender and blend until finer than breadcrumbs.
  • Melt butter completely (I microwave it).
  • Dip chicken in melted butter.
  • Coat chicken in Ritz crumbs and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.

3 -4 chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (1/4 lb) package Ritz cracker
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl, place inside the refrigerator.
  • Boil chicken breasts until tender; drain and let stand 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
  • Spread cubed chicken evenly over the bottom of a sprayed 9X13 casserole dish.
  • Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
  • Remove sour cream and soup mixture from refrigerator and spread over the chicken in the casserole dish.
  • Crush Ritz crackers inside of its plastic sleeve and then spread evenly over the casserole.
  • Spoon melted butter over the top of all.
  • Bake at 350°F until golden brown and bubbling, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  • Enjoy.

  • Combine the soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  • Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

2 teaspoons olive oil
3 egg whites
¾ cup seasoned bread crumbs
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk (divided)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the oil shimmers; meanwhile, beat the egg whites until frothy in a bowl, and place the bread crumbs in a separate flat bowl. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg white, dredge in crumbs, and brown on both sides in the hot oil until golden, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix about 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk with the cornstarch until smooth. Pour the rest of the evaporated milk into a saucepan, and mix in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and black pepper. Over medium-low heat, bring the milk mixture just to a bare simmer, and whisk in the cornstarch mixture; let cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts; sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese has melted, about 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chicken breast should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream (about 1 cup, regular or reduced fat)
1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium or unsalted)
1 1/2 pounds (4 medium) boneless chicken breasts (cooked and diced)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 F. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and diced, cooked chicken.
  • Crumble 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Drizzle half of the melted butter over the crackers.
