RING BOLOGNA HOTDISH
If you're looking for a healther version of this hotdish, substitute whole wheat pasta and turkey sausage. My favorite way to eat this hotdish is with a generous splash of hot sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Cook noodles according to package instructions to al dente. Don't overcook the noodles because they will continue to cook in the oven. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.
- Pour noodles into a large mixing bowl. Cut ring bologna into 1/2 inch coins. Combine corn, soup, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Add corn mixture to pasta. Add ring bologna. Place pasta in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Steps:
- Start Boiling water for the noodles and cook them as per directions. Make sure noodles are not too mushy nor too hard. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry Hamburger, Onion and Green Pepper then drain the grease. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan (or your choice) with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients into the pan and cook uncovered for 45 mins to 1 hour.

Steps:
- Combine the egg noodles with the butter and cheese.
- Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff and set them aside.
- Beat the egg yolks, mix in the cream, and add to the noodle mixture.
- Fold in the beaten whites.
- Spoon into a well-buttered ring mold.
- Set the mold in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture is set.
- Unmold carefully onto a large platter, and then fill the center with creamed chicken or creamed vegetables.
