- Cut 4 ripen sweet Alphonso mango or any variety of sweet mango to get about 2 cups of mango pulp.
- Add mango pulp in a blender along with sugar. Add sugar depending on the sweetness of mangoes , I have added 4 tbsp of sugar as my mangoes were very sweet and also I am not thinning the lassi. For thinner lassi you may need 1 or 2 Tbsp of extra sugar depending on your taste.
- In a deep bowl , add 2 cups of chilled , full fat yogurt and 2 Tbsp of fresh cream . Adding cream is optional , if you want a thinner version of mango lassi then don't add cream.
