Number Of Ingredients 5

1.8 oz can(s) beef consomme, undiluted
1.8 oz can(s) french onion soup
1/4 cup(s) margarine, melted
1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked long grain rice
1/2 pound(s) mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, stir well. Pour into lightly greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 deg. 1 hr. 10 min. or until done.
