RIBS FOR KIDS

Ribs for Kids image

"This is one of my standby recipes," reports Valorie Walker of Bradley, South Carolina. "I always have wieners on hand, so it's easy to dress them up with a tangy homemade barbecue sauce to create these 'ribs' that youngsters love. They're delicious served over rice, and leftovers reheat well," she adds.

Barbecue Ribs image

This recipe is easier than it sounds. I usually cook the ribs the day before and grill them for a quick dinner the next night. FYI: the sauce is much better after it is cooked. It is not a dipping sauce.
