Mango Mojito is a refreshing non-alcoholic, dairy-free summer drink made from the ripe mango juice. Learn how to make virgin mango mojito in a few simple steps.

1 Cup mango pulp (ripe and sweet)
1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
1 Cup chilled or cold water
4 - 5 fresh mint leaves
Himalayan Pink Salt
4 - 5 lemon wedges
5 - 6 ice-cubes, as required
1 litre club soda or sparkling water

Steps:

  • Combine mango pulp with water and sugar. Blend smooth to a juice like consistency. Keep in the fridge until ready to make mojito.
  • In a serving glass, add 2 - 3 mint leaves, half a teaspoon of salt, lemon wedge, and gently crush them using a wooden spoon to release the flavor of mint leaves.
  • Fill each glass with 1/4 Cup of mango juice. Add ice cubes.
  • Fill each glass with club soda or sparkling water and stir. You can add alcohol as well at this stage.
  • Serve virgin mango mojito immediately.

4 cups chopped fresh mango, plus 10 thin, peel-on slices for garnish (from 4 mangoes)
2 cups light rum
1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (from 12 limes)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed fresh mint leaves
Two 12-ounce cans club soda or seltzer
Ice, for serving

Steps:

  • Working in batches, puree mango, rum, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Add mint leaves and blend just until mint is finely chopped. Stir in club soda. Serve over ice. Garnish with mango slices.

1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 to 4 ounces soda water
Ice, for serving (try clear ice!)

Steps:

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add the mango nectar, rum, lime juice and simple syrup and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold.
  • Strain the drink into an ice-filled glass. Top off the glass with soda water. If desired, garnish with more mint and a lime wheel.
  • Add 2 cups mango nectar to this Mojito Pitcher recipe, and garnish with mint and lime wedges.

10 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 ice cubes
1 fluid ounce light rum (such as Cruzan® Aged Light Rum)
1 ½ fluid ounces mango-flavored rum (such as Cruzan® Mango Rum)
3 fluid ounces seltzer water

Steps:

  • Place 1 lime wedge and mint leaves into a rocks glass; muddle to release oils and juice, about 10 seconds. Add sugar and 2 lime wedges; muddle to release oils and juices, about 10 seconds. Stir mixture until sugar dissolves. Add ice cubes and pour light rum and mango-flavored rum over ice; top with seltzer. Stir drink gently for 2 seconds. Garnish drink with remaining lime wedge.
