HOMEMADE REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Steps:
- Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. (I just softened mine for about 40 seconds in the microwave). Mix together until combined.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl stirring 30 seconds at a time until smooth. Add a heaping teaspoon into the bottom of each cupcake liner and spread along the bottom. Follow it by a heaping tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture. Lastly add a heaping teaspoon of the melted to the chocolate and spread evenly over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for about an hour until set and firm.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS (COPYCAT)
This recipe is from Todd Wilbur's "Top Secret Recipes" (www.TopSecretRecipes.com). In heaven there must be a special place for those of us who love peanut butter & chocolate. This recipe has no added butter like many other copycat recipes. You will need a muffin tin, preferably with shallow cups, but the regular size will work if filled only halfway. Times are a guess-timate and do not include cooling and firming time.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, peanut butter and powdered sugar until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling water (OR you can melt them in the microwave for about two minutes, stirring midway).
- Grease muffin-tin cups and spoon some chocolate into each, filling halfway.
- With the back of a spoon, draw the chocolate up the edges of each cup until all sides are coated.
- Cool in the refrigerator until firm.
- Spread about a teaspoon of peanut butter mixture onto the chocolate in each cup, leaving room for the final chocolate layer.
- Pour some chocolate (I imagine you will need to re-heat it) onto the top of each candy and spread it to the edges.
- Let sit at room temperature or covered in the refrigerator.
- Turn out of pan when firm.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, salt and powdered sugar until firm. Slowly melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. You may also melt them in a microwave oven set on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through the heating time. Grease the muffin tin cups and spoon some chocolate into each cup, filling halfway. With a spoon, draw the chocolate up the edges of each cup until all sides are coated. Cool in the refrigerator until firm. Spread some of the peanut butter onto the chocolate in each cup, leaving room for the final chocolate layer. Cool the cups again to firm up the peanut butter. Pour some chocolate onto the top of each candy and spread it to the edges. Let sit at room temperature, or covered in the refrigerator. Turn out of the pan when firm.

Steps:
- Place Peanut Butter cups in freezer for about 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper, set aside. Melt chocolate according to package directions or my personal favorite, in a small crock pot. Remove peanut butter cups from freezer and chop into large pieces. Return to freezer until ready to use. Once chocolate is melted and smooth stir in peanut butter cups and peanuts, just to coat. If chocolate seems a little thick, you can add the shortening. Spread chocolate onto prepared pan, using a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread to the edges. Let chocolate set up then cut or break into pieces. Store in air tight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray; set aside.
- To a large, microwave-safe bowl add the butter and heat on high power to melt, about 1 minute.
- Wait momentarily before adding the egg so you don't scramble it. Add the peanut butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the flour and stir until just combined, don't overmix.
- Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Turn batter out into prepared pan, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula.
- Evenly distribute the peanut butter cups over the surface of the batter, pushing each cup down as far as it will go.
- Evenly sprinkle the surface with additional chocolate chips, about 1 tablespoon.
- Bake for about 22 to 25 minutes, or until done. If you can find a chocolate chip-free patch to test, a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean, or with a few moist crumbs, but no batter.
- Allow bars to cool in pan for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP BARS
These taste JUST like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and are so easy to make! There are a lot of similar recipes, with slightly different amounts of (mostly) the same ingredients, but this is the one that I really like.

Steps:
- Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. (an easy way to measure the peanut butter is to put 1 cup of water into a measuring cup, and then add enough peanut butter to it that the water reaches 2 cups).
- Press mixture into a 9x13" pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave and stir until smooth (try a minute first, and then check).
- Spread chocolate carefully over peanut butter layer with a spatula. (Having one person to pour the chocolate and one to spread works well!).
- Let the chocolate cool for a while, and then cut into bars before the chocolate is completely hardened (or else the chocolate layer will just crack).
- (cooking time is cooling time, and it's a very rough estimate, I didn't keep track).

- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Place in refrigerator for an hour to chill. Then roll mixture into balls, about 5/8'' in diameter. Place the balls in the bottom of a 9'' x 13'' pan, in a single layer, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, melt almond chocolate bark (and bittersweet chocolate, if desired, for a little deeper chocolate flavor) in short intervals in the microwave, stirring at each interval. Take care to not let it scorch. You could also use a double boiler for this.
- Let melted chocolate bark cool a bit before proceeding. Then place a bit of chocolate bark into the bottom of up to 6 bon bon cups. Gently top each chocolate layer with a peanut butter ball and then add more melted chocolate bark to cover the peanut butter balls. If topping with sprinkles, decorate these 6 peanut butter cups now, before the chocolate bark sets. Then proceed with creating 6 more, and so on, until completed.
