REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER BALL

Steps:

• In a medium bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and chopped Reese's until combined.
• Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Fold up sides and cover with plastic wrap.
• Refrigerate until slightly firm, 1 hour.
• Unwrap and place on a serving platter.
• Place Reese's Pieces all over and let soften 20 minutes before serving.
• Serve with graham crackers.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE DOUGH CHEESE BALL RECIPE - (4.5/5)

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter together until combined. Add cream cheese and peanut butter and beat until combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla beat until combined. Stir in chopped peanut butter cups. Place mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Bring up all the corners of the plastic wrap and wrap into a ball. Freeze ball for about 1 1/2 hours or until it is firm enough to keep its shape. Place the Reese's Pieces on a flat plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in Reese's Pieces. Press Reese's Pieces into the cheese ball until it is fully covered. Place the ball on a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 2 hours or overnight. If frozen overnight, thaw for 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Serve with Vanilla Wafers, pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or other cookies.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• With a hand mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar and brown sugar until blended.
• Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla.
• Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
• Add flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix together. Stir in whatever mix of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, mini Reese's pieces and regular Reese's Pieces you'd like! I used about 1/2 cup of each, reserving some of the Reese's Pieces for the top of the cookies.
• Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls.
• Place cookies 2 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheets. Press additional Reese's Pieces onto each cookie dough ball.
• Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375. Don't overcook! These cookies are much better soft and just barely cooked all the way through. I baked the cookies scooped with the medium 1.5 TBSP scoop for 8 minutes and the 3 TBSP cookies for 10 minutes.

• 5. Place the ball on a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze the cheese ball for another 2 hours or overnight. If frozen overnight, thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve with Vanilla Wafers, pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or other cookies.

REESE'S COOKIES RECIPE

Steps:

• Using a stand mixer, add the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar and beat until light and fluffy before gradually adding in the eggs.
• Add in the vanilla, flour, baking soda, and salt until just barely combined on low speed then fold in 1 cup of Reese's pieces with a wooden spoon.
• Refrigerate the dough for an hour then scoop 2 tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls and press in the remaining half cup of Reese's candies into the top of the dough balls and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
