MAI TAI COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup crushed ice. Set aside in the freezer.
• Combine light rum, gold rum, orange Curacao, orgeat, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with dark rum.
• Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

• Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup ice cubes, then strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Steps:

• Add grenadine and orgeat into a bottom of glass.
• Mound ice into glass.
• Add white rum and orange curaco.
• Add OJ, sweet and sour, and pineapple juices.
• "Float" Bacardi dark rum and Myers dark rum on top.
• **Should go in a glass aprox 13- 15 ounces***.

• Pour rum, orange juice and sweet-n-sour over ice, float the bottom three alcohols in order starting with the dark rum. Serve.

Steps:

• Combine lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl or 2-cup measuring cup and mix well.
• Add orange juice and light rum. Stir well.
• Fill a 16-ounce glass half full of ice.
• Pour the mixture into the glass.
• Using a spoon, float the last three ingredients in order. This means you will slowly pour each liquid over the back of a spoon so that it doesn't mix into the drink too much.

• In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the spiced rum, coconut rum, grenadine, pineapple juice and orange juice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass full of ice.
