Steps:
- Place the fruit in a large vat. Pour in the red wine, white wine, citrus rum and citrus vodka. Next, to add a subtle sweetness, dissolve the sugar in 1 cup water and add it to the mix. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate for several hours, giving the fruit and liquids time to meld. Serve in glasses over ice, and have tongs nearby so guests can help themselves to the fruit.

- 8 hours before you want to make this drink pour the orange juice into an ice cube tray and the 1 1/4 cup red wine into a separate ice cube tray. Freeze until frozen solid. Note that the wine cubes will freeze but be slightly soft still.
- When you are ready to make the frozen sangria add the 1 1/2 cups of red wine (not frozen) to your blender followed by the mixed berries, orange juice cubes, and red wine cubes, blend on high until everything is well blended and smooth. Taste and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave nectar, this will depend on how sweet your fruit happens to be, or just your taste preference.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh fruit such as orange slices, strawberries, cherries or blueberries, if you wanna get a little fancy. If you have a little leftover in your blender just pop it in the freezer to refill glasses.

- Place all ingredients, including fruit, but excluding carbonated liquid (to be added when serving), in a pitcher and stir to mix. You may leave out some fruit and berries (especially if you have too much of it, and it won't fit with others in the pitcher). Use extra fruit and berries for garnish, or freeze it and use it for ice when serving!
- Right before serving, add your choice of carbonated liquid (sprite, citrus soda pop, club soda, or carbonated water) to sangria. Serve over ice - by adding ice to the glasses (not to the pitcher with sangria). Garnish each glass with extra berries and fruit.
