An Elderflower cordial and Ginger Wine Cocktail is refreshing and delicious.

Steps:
- Pour a dash of cordial into each glass, and top up with ginger wine. You want about a 1:3 ratio. Add a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lime, sprig of mint and stick of lemongrass.
