- Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
- In blender, place 1/4 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

- 1. place ice in blender and pulse a few times to break up. Add yogurt, lemon juice and half of the raspberries and pulse. Add remaining berries, flax, honey or splenda and blend to desired consistency. This is a thick drink. If you wish to dilute more, you can use half yogurt and half milk, which works a bit better if you don't want to have a thicker smoothie.
