CLONE OF A PRETZEL DIP
An extraordinary dip for an ordinary pretzel. The perfect combination. This is a clone of our favorite raspberry honey/mustard pretzel dip. When the store was sold out of our favorite gourmet dip, Hubby and I decided to clone it.

- In a bowl, thoroughly combine the spicy brown mustard, honey, raspberry preserves, and mustard seeds. Serve in a dip bowl surrounded by pretzels. Store refrigerated. Dip will thicken when cold.

RAZZLE DAZZLE RASPBERRY PRETZEL DIP
This dip is excellet! It is so easy to make, and always gets rave reviews and recipe requests. I made this to give to my son's teachers at school in gift baskets along with Snyders pretzels, and a holiday chip and dip bowl. The teachers just loved it!

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press cookie crumbs in bottom of sprayed pan. Bake at 375°F. for 7 minutes. Place in refrigerator or freezer until cool.
- Spoon ice cream over cooled crust. Place spoonfuls of sherbet randomly over ice cream; swirl gently into ice cream. If necessary, smooth top with knife. If ice cream is very soft, freeze 20 minutes. Spread whipped topping over top. Cover with foil or plastic wrap; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
- In medium saucepan, combine cranberry juice cocktail, sugar and cornstarch; blend well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. Stir in crème de cassis and raspberries. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
- Just before serving, let dessert stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares; place on individual dessert plates. Spoon sauce over each serving. If desired, garnish each with additional frozen whipped topping and chocolate filigree.*

- Prepare Oreo Cookie Pie Crust. Place the ground Oreo crumb mixture into a 9- or 10-inch deep-dish pie pan and press into the bottom and up the sides evenly. Try to make the crust about 1/8 inch (1/3 cm) evenly all around. Chill the crust for an hour before you add the filling of your choice (this will help prevent crumbling when you want to serve it).
- In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Stir in lemon juice until well combined. Pour into prepared Oreo Cookie Pie Crust. Refrigerate until ready to finish filling the pie.
- In a small sauce pan, combine the raspberry juice and arrowroot, stirring or whisking well to combine. NOTE: When using fresh raspberries, mash about 1/4 cup of raspberry and add enough water to make 1/3 to 1/2 cup to use in place of the juices from the frozen raspberries. Over medium heat, cook and stir until the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add the raspberries, reserving a few whole raspberries for garnish. Let raspberry mixture cool.
- When the raspberry mixture has cooled, pour the mixture over the refrigerated cream cheese mixture in the pie shell. Garnish with prepared whipped cream, grated chocolate, and raspberries.
