- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook 2 min. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta. Add to tomato mixture with basil; mix lightly. Top with cheese.

- 1. For ravioli, place turkey in Bowl; microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Break up turkey using Chopper. Drain well and return to batter bowl. Place basil, parsley, two of the garlic cloves, one of the shallots and 2 tbsp of the stock in Manual Food Processor; cover and pump handle until finely chopped. Add herb mixture, parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of the mascarpone cheese and ¼ tsp of the black pepper to turkey; mix well. 2. Place 12 wonton wrappers on flat side of Large Grooved Cutting Board. Using level Medium Scoop, scoop turkey mixture onto centers of wrappers; lightly brush edges with water. Place remaining wrappers over filling, pressing around filling. Using rounded edge of (2 ½-in.) Biscuit Cutter, press around filling to seal firmly. 3. Finely chop remaining shallots using Food Chopper. Spray (12-in.) Skillet with olive oil. Add remaining shallots and remaining garlic pressed with Garlic Press; cook and stir over medium heat 60-90 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in wine; cook 1 minute. Add remaining 1½ cups stock, tomatoes and sugar; cook, covered, 3-4 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst. Crush tomatoes with Chopper. Stir in remaining mascarpone and black pepper. Add ravioli to Skillet; cook, covered, 3-4 minutes or until tender, gently swirling Skillet to coat ravioli with sauce. Garnish with additional Parmesan and basil, if desired. Serve immediately.

- Boil a large pot of water for the ravioli and salt well. Add fresh or frozen ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
- For the Brown Butter and Walnut Sauce: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped walnuts to the dry skillet and cook, stirring, about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the butter and stir until melted. Add the thyme leaves then let it cook a bit further until it the butter turns golden. Remove skillet from heat until the ravioli is ready. When the ravioli is cooked, spoon out of the boiling water with a slotted spoon or spider strainer into the skillet and return the skillet to the heat. Cook, tossing the ravioli in the sauce, about 1 minute. Serve immediately topped with salt and freshly ground pepper and some freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese. You can also garnish with additional fresh or dried thyme.
- For the Creamy Cherry Tomato and Garlic Ravioli Sauce: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook, stirring, until the tomatoes soften. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, about 1 minute more or until the garlic has softened. Add the cream and stir to combine. Remove skillet from heat until the ravioli is cooked. When the ravioli is ready, spoon out of the boiling water with a slotted spoon or spider strainer into the skillet and return the skillet to the heat, reducing the heat to medium. Cook, tossing the ravioli in the sauce, about 1 minute. Serve immediately topped with salt and freshly ground pepper and some freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese. You can also garnish with additional fresh or dried basil.

- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over a medium high heat. Add tomatoes, artichokes, scallions, garlic, and salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are warmed through. Remove from heat.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 425° F. 2. In a baking dish, toss together the tomatoes with the garlic, olive oil, wine, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and a pinch each of crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Bake 10-15 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst. 3. Meanwhile, make the ravioli. Using a mandolin or sharp knife, peel the zucchini into 1/4 inch ribbons and lay them flat on a kitchen towel. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt. Let sit 5-10 minutes, then blot away the excess water. 4. in a bowl, combine the ricotta, provolone, and pesto. Grab 3-4 zucchini ribbons and layer them to make a star. Start with 1 ribbon, then add another to make an X. Now make another X with the remaining 1-2 noodles that will overlap with the current X (see above photo). Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling onto the center of the zucchini. Bring the ends of the zucchini together, laying them over the cheese. Repeat with remaining zucchini and filling. 5. Remove the tomatoes from the oven and lay the ravioli seam side down in the sauce. Drizzle the ravioli lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until the ravioli is warmed through. Serve with fresh basil and thyme. Enjoy!
