RASPBERRY FRUIT DIP



Raspberry Fruit Dip image

A cool, creamy raspberry dip enhances the naturally sweet flavor of fruit.

Yield 1-1/2 cups.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
Assorted fresh fruit

Steps:

  • Place raspberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Strain to remove seeds. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add raspberry puree; beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.

4 oz raspberry cream cheese spread, softened
6 oz yoplait original lemon burst yogurt
1/2 c marshmallow cream
assorted fresh fruit and/or berries
vanilla wafers or sugar cookies

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and the marshmallow cream with a wire whisk till smooth. Add the yogurt and mix well.
  • 2. Serve with fruit and/or cookies

  • Stir in yogurt.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled dip with fruit.
