What an exciting change, to mayo. I made Turkey, Ham and Swiss cheese Finger sandwiches with the raspberry mayo, what a tasty experience. This went along to the Football game also.

1 c good-quality mayo
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp raspberry preserves
1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the mayo.lemon juice, raspberry preserves, lemon zest and pepper in a bowl. Use on sandwiches. Enjoy

1-1/2 tsp. seedless red raspberry jam
1/4 tsp. finely chopped red onions
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef

Steps:

  • Mix mayo, jam and onions.
  • Spread bread slices with mayo mixture; fill with remaining ingredients.
