VEGGIE PIZZA PINWHEELS

Steps:
- Chop up your vegetables fine and combine in a large bowl and mix together.
- In another bowl mix together your cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix until smooth.
- Spread 1/3 cup of your mixture onto each of your tortillas and then sprinkle with the same amount of veggies.
- Roll up and wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled cut into 1/2"-1" slices and serve.

- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.

I developed this appetizer to mimic a dish at one of my favorite restaurants. I often need to double the recipe because one batch disappears quickly!

Steps:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 12-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Spread ranch dressing evenly to within 1/4 in. of edges. Sprinkle with cheese, pepperoni and onions. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. , Cut into 1-in. slices. Place cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with pizza sauce or additional ranch dressing if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH PINWHEELS
These are wonderful snacks, great to serve at BBQ's...everyone will love these, and they are quite simple to prepare.

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix the first 3 ingredients.
- Evenly divide, and spread the mixed mixture between the 4 the tortillas.
- Drain the pimientos, chilies and olives, and blot on a paper towel to dry; mix the 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortillas very tightly.
- Chill for minimum of 2 hours.
- Remove frome fridge; cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces (discard the ends if desired).
- Serve with spirals facing upwards-- delicious!

VEGGIE PIZZA ROLL-UPS
Steps:
- In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- In a large bowl combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and red pepper. Mix to combine.
- Evenly divide your cream cheese mixture (about 1/3 cup each) onto your six tortillas. Spread into an even layer leaving about a 1/2" boarder clear around the edges.
- Sprinkle each tortilla with the vegetable mixture.
- Roll up tightly. Then place the rolls onto a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 45-60 minutes. Once chilled, cut into 1/2" slices with a serrated knife.
- Add the roll-ups to a dish or platter and you're ready to serve them!

This recipe is a spin on pizza pinwheels that came from the new Taste of Home Comfort Foods magazine yet it is so new I couldn't find it online at all so I had to share it.
