ONE PAN RANCH PORK CHOPS AND VEGGIES
The easiest 5-ingredient meal EVER! And yes, you just need one pan with 5 min prep. It's quick, easy and effortless!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Place pork chops, potatoes and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place into oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140 degrees F, about 20-22 minutes.* Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
RANCH-MARINATED PORK CHOPS
This is a quickie marinade I make up as I go along, but these measurements are pretty close. Goes well with a side of just about any vegetable, but I usually serve steamed fresh green beans.

Steps:
- Wash and pat dry pork chops with paper towel; poke several holes in them with a fork.
- In a shallow baking pan, mix together rest of ingredients.
- Place pork in marinade, turning to coat completely.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning at least once.
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Remove cover from pan, bake chops for about 30 minutes (or until done), turning at least once during cooking.
- Serve with baked potatoes, using cooked marinade and pan drippings to top.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight., Drain pork, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat, for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving. Freeze option: Freeze uncooked pork in bag with marinade. To use, completely thaw in refrigerator. Grill as directed.
